It was the best of Leeds hotels I visited before. Supporting staff, unique location and great value. Plenty of supplies in the room: tea/coffee and nice sheets. The food at the full English breakfast was exceptional. Marvellous views and green garden👍

The venue was ultimate, I enjoyed the stay and the location was fab very close to local bars, centre and pubs. The continental breakfast was included. Having different carbonated drinks in the sky bar was a very nice touch.

Liked our stay at this miniature hotel, it was luxurious. Great value, everything was perfectly organised and the staff was peaceful. Breakfast included pastries, jam, milk, fruit and scrambled eggs and was relatively cheap. Enjoyable location to royal armouries.

The staff was helpful and the service was very efficient! Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Royal Armouries Museum was perfect. Easy walk to a museum and a main street.

Good value, terrific service. Deluxe double room was warm enough and regular double. There was WiFi that worked quite well in all rooms. The beach was astonishing.

we really enjoyed this place, it has okay staff and location. the bathroom was renovated & the bedroom was spacious. situated in a pretty comfortable area. besides, an entertainment-focused arena was 2 km away from the property. really great overall experience.

There was an efficient reception. Pool was good and the staff were extremely professional. The breakfasts here were absolutely superb with yogurt and cold meats too. It was good to have complimentary drinks in the coffee bar.

Planned to see Leeds major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them.

Nice place for 1 night. Very clean venue, magnificent location within 22 minutes' drive of Leeds Bradford airport. We didn't have time, but the buffet breakfast looked gorgeous. The reception staff took care of us.
